We would like to share with you a little bit about our team and how many different professions it requires behind the scenes in order to deliver the bins, pickup the bins and properly recycle the waste and consequently dispose of it.
Your first point of contact would be with our Customer Service Team, where you would have called on 1300 605 624 and greeted by one of our friendly staff. The Customer Service team is there to help you choose the right size bin for your waste, advise on the correct waste type, provide you with quotes and process your bin order. They would also be the ones you would be calling for an estimated time of arrival for your bin and the same team would be confirming the pickup date with you and any other questions you might have during the bin hire period.
The next interaction you would have is with our Drivers Team, who will be delivering and picking up your bin. Our drivers are hand picked and trained in all aspects of placing bins and can also advise on the best way to position your bin, to ensure compliance with the council laws and a best outcome for your property as well.
Once the bin is picked up - it will be taken back to our Waste Transfer Station, where a team of recycling professionals will be sorting the waste from your bin. All waste types will be sorted by categories, i.e. green waste, timber, paper, metal, plastics and so on. In a case of soil - it will first be sorted away from all other materials and consequently then shaken and processed again to achieve a clean soil product, which will be further taken to a soil recycling plant.
