Dear Fellow Melbournians

We are all excited with Father's Day approaching this weekend and hopefully a start of Spring.  If you are still scrambling for last minute ideas of what to give dad - we have one for you.

One of the popular themes with mums and kids is to assist dad to create his Man's Cave!!!  To enable this to happen - a room or a garage needs to be allocated for this task.  One of the most common challenges in clearing a space is to work out what to do with all the stuff that you are currently storing there.

We find that its helpful to divide the "stuff" into 3 categories:

• stuff to give away
• stuff to sell (we recommend: EBay, Gumtree, Craigslist, Facebook Market Place)
• stuff to chuck out

Let's face it: if it's sitting in a storage and hasn't been used for a long time - chances of actually using it again are pretty slim. If some of the stuff is actually dad's tools then maybe think of a way of incorporating some storage compartments into his new Man's Cave.
