As most residential customers prefer to have a skip bin over weekend, they are sometimes trying to order in the last minute on Friday, however as we only deliver Monday to Friday, the orders need to be finalised before Friday.

To prevent disappointment  and to ensure that you secure a skip bin for weekend, the bin needs to be ordered by Thursday the latest, to ensure Friday delivery.

Another "planning tip" is to order the bin on Wednesday, for Thursday or Friday delivery.  The advantage of ordering bin on Wednesday - ensures that your bin is booked, as often during the good weather, end of the week rush of orders can clear our stock of bins, especially the larger sizes.

You can have your skip bin for up to 7 days (inclusive of the delivery & pick up date), therefore by having a delivery on Thursday, instead of Friday - will not cost you any extra. 

Friday is traditionally the busiest day for deliveries, thus some customers are waiting for their bin to arrive.  To beat the rush and avoid waiting times, you can order your bin for Thursday delivery, therefore increasing the probability of early morning delivery.

Final planning tip is about pick up date.  Most customers order the bin delivery for Friday and pick up on Monday, thus creating another rush for pick ups.  Why not avoid the Monday rush and book your pick up for Tuesday instead, thus reducing your waiting time and also increasing the time you have a skip, in case you haven't finished filling it over weekend.

In summary - to book a bin for weekend, book it on Wednesday the latest, for either Thursday or Friday delivery and book your pick up date for Tuesday or later, to take advantage of available hire period and avoid the rush of filling the bin in  short amount of time.
